In order to qualify for enrolment, you need to send us the following documents: :

• A handwritten letter explaining your motivation for undertaking studies in tourism, hotel management or event management. Please note that any letter which is not written by the candidate himself/herself will be rejected.
• A detailed transcript of your high school grades and a certified copy of said diploma;;
• A copy of your national identity card;;
• An extract of your birth certificate and 4 identity photographs;
• A statement of equivalence of your foreign secondary school studies title (baccalaureate or high school diploma) which is delivered by the Direction générale de l’enseignement obligatoire:

The enrolment forms must be filled out at the Institute on the day of enrolment. If you delegate a person who lives in Belgium to do it in your stead, he/she can fill out these forms before your arrival.

The candidates who come from outside the European Union have to settle the total amount of the student fee when enrolling.

The student fee which include the enrolment fees, is 2.404 euros (97.000 Belgian Francs) for the first year of studies.

If your visa is refused (a refusal which is justified by a document coming from the Belgian consulate in your country of origin and the delivery of the original attestation), we will reimburse the student fee while simply retaining the enrolment fees which amount to 620 euros (25.000 BF)

No reimbursement will occur in the following cases :

• No diploma equivalence
• An insufficient prise en charge of your guarantor/li>
• Insufficient knowledge of the French language
• Cancellation??? on account of personal reasons
• Your visa is refused because the following criteria were not adhered to:
  * Aptitude to follow the chosen training course(motivation letter, accompanied by the details of the school curriculum, diplomas and certificates obtained, training courses followed) ;
  * Proof of knowledge of a national language or of English;
  * Usefulness of the course section chosen in consideration of their scholastic background and of the possibilities of studying in the country of origin.

To enrol in the first year
