IATA Training in Winter

The IATA diploma is granted to the candidates who have successfully completed their international exam which is organized twice a year by the International Air Transport Association.

The IATA diploma, recognised at international level, is a considerable asset for whoever wants to make a career in the tourism industry. In fact, one of the conditions required by agencies wishing to deliver IATA plane tickets is to employ at least one accredited person. The knowledge acquired in matters of tariffing allows one to make the best use of the distribution systems.

The course is made available in a set of readers called “kit” which is given to the student after enrolling for the exam.
It includes :
- the study of the rules governing the airline tariffing and ticketing.
- An expose of the basic notions in matters of airline transport, tourism geography, car rental, train transportation and ferries, travelling formalities, contacts with the clientele technology...

- The kit includes a CD –Rom that allows students to study on their own.

- The IATA Training Course at the Charles Peguy Institute specifies the rules governing airline tariffing and reviews the exams that were given the preceding years. This methodology allows the listener to organize his/her studies by sectioning the course material
